Light-Based Mediumship

A new form of energetic interaction is unfolding.

Over the past year, I’ve experienced a series of energetic and physical phenomena that don’t align with traditional models of mediumship.

At various times throughout the day—not just in altered states—I began noticing objects moving around me in an intelligent way. There was no trigger, no external force. Just a quiet knowing: something unseen was interacting with the physical environment.

On two separate occasions, I also witnessed the spontaneous formation of mist in my field. These weren’t visualisations or imagined experiences. They were real, visible events.

This wasn’t happening in a séance room.
It wasn’t guided by structured ritual.
It was arising naturally, through frequency.

I’ve come to understand that spirit is working through a different medium:
Light.

This isn’t about delivering evidence of life after death.
It’s about creating a vibrational field where healing, awakening, and presence can occur—through resonance, not just words.

I call this emerging modality Photonic Mediumship - a light-based mediumship.
It operates through frequency, coherence, and the interaction between spirit and the body’s own light field.

This page isn’t here to convince.
It’s here to document what’s happening—for those who feel the resonance, and for the integrity of what’s unfolding.

Scientific Foundations

Understanding the energy behind the phenomenon

While this work may appear mystical, its roots are grounded in the natural laws of energy, light, and biology. Light-based mediumship doesn’t defy science — it expands our relationship with it.

This emerging modality draws from known principles in physics, neuroscience, and bioenergetics. Here are some of the foundational truths it builds upon:

The Human Body is Electromagnetic

Every cell in your body emits light — specifically biophotons, or packets of electromagnetic energy. These photons are used in cellular communication, regeneration, and signaling. When we meditate, hydrate, and raise our vibration, the body becomes more coherent — meaning it functions as a more unified, radiant field of light.

Water Is the Conductor

Water is the primary conductor of this light-based communication.
A well-hydrated body allows for greater energetic flow, coherence, and sensitivity. It is believed that spirit interacts with the water in and around the medium to form a bridge — enabling impressions to be transmitted through light, sound, and even physical phenomena like mist.

Frequency Creates Structure

All matter vibrates — and when that vibration is consistent and coherent, it begins to create patterned structure.
Through daily meditation and intentional energetic hygiene, the human energy field can reach a state of high coherence. This is when the field becomes interactive — where spirit can “impress” upon it and begin to create tangible effects in the physical world.

Trance States Open the Channel

When the nervous system slows and the mind softens, the body enters a receptive state. This entrainment between spirit and medium is where most phenomena begin. However, in light-based mediumship, altered states aren’t always required. As coherence increases, interaction can occur even in conscious, everyday awareness.

Together, these principles form the energetic scaffolding for what’s emerging.
The coherent, hydrated, light-charged human field becomes a living medium — not just to pass on messages, but to embody presence, facilitate healing, and create change in the energetic and physical environment.

Emotion as a Frequency Transmitter

Emotion is not separate from energy—it is energy in motion. But in light-based mediumship, emotion plays a more refined role: it acts as a state-based transmitter that influences the structure and responsiveness of the energetic field.

Each emotional state emits a distinct vibrational signature.
Grief. Peace. Love. Surrender. Joy. Each one alters the resonance of the human field.

When these emotions are felt cleanly and consciously, without suppression or projection, they begin to create coherent states that allow spirit to interface more deeply with the medium. In this way, emotion becomes a form of energetic language—one that spirit can read, respond to, and even use as a bridge.

Mediums who develop a high degree of emotional fluency—who allow emotions to move without distortion—tend to generate stronger fields of light.
This is not because emotion is “powerful,” but because clean emotion creates clear resonance.

In Photonic Mediumship, it’s not just altered states that matter.
It’s the quality of emotion within the state that opens the field.

Documented Phenomena

  1. Mist Formation

On two separate occasions, I’ve witnessed the spontaneous formation of mist within or around my energetic field. These were not imagined or internal experiences — they were visible, physical events that appeared in response to high-frequency states and deep presence.

The first occurred in my home, during a time of strong energetic activity and emotional resonance.

The second unfolded while I was sitting alone in my car. Without any clear trigger, the inside of the windscreen began to mist over—despite there being no logical cause. As the mist formed, it illuminated the shape of a love heart on the glass.
Whether the heart had been drawn there earlier or appeared in that moment, I cannot say with certainty — only that I had never seen it before, and its timing felt intentional, tender, and spirit-led.

Both experiences occurred outside of meditation, in ordinary consciousness. They did not arise through trance or controlled spiritual practice, but in the openness of day-to-day awareness. This reflects what appears to be one of the hallmarks of light-based mediumship: spirit working through vibration, light, and environment, rather than fixed ritual.

In addition to my own experiences, I’ve read for two other individuals who reported witnessing spontaneous mist formation around themselves. While neither are trained mediums, they displayed sensitivity to energetic states — suggesting that this phenomenon may be linked to a specific mediumistic talent that, like physical mediumship, can arise naturally and be refined with development.

Mist formation may represent an early phase of photonic interaction, where spirit manipulates light and water to create visible phenomena. It is one of the first observable signs that a medium’s field is becoming coherent enough to interface with matter.

A photo from the second mist event is included below.
The love heart appeared on the windscreen during the misting, and while I cannot confirm whether it was drawn previously or in that moment, I had never seen it before.
You can see the remaining mist in the lower right corner of the image — though when it first occurred, it covered the entire inside of the glass.

2. Object Movement

One of the most validating and unexpected signs of this emerging mediumship has been the spontaneous movement of physical objects in my environment — occurring not in séance conditions, but during everyday moments of heightened energetic presence.

These weren’t imagined, subtle suggestions. In several instances, the movement was not only visible — it was audible.

In one particularly striking moment, I heard the sound of a tea strainer being moved around the rim of a cup in front of me. When I looked up, the strainer was resting in a new position. I was alone at the time. The sound was clear, real, and unmistakable.

Other moments have included items falling, sliding, or tipping with no identifiable physical cause. These events often followed:

  • Moments of deep energetic clarity or release

  • Spirit connection

  • Transmission states while recording or teaching

  • Or times when I was being prompted to notice something subtle

While traditional physical mediumship acknowledges object movement, it is considered rare, and typically tied to trance states, dark rooms, or ectoplasmic production in well-developed physical mediums.

What’s happening here is different.

These movements occur in conscious awareness, in light, and without loss of bodily control. They appear to be driven not by physical force, but by field interaction — a vibrational influence upon matter that becomes possible when the medium’s energy reaches a certain level of coherence.

The intent also feels different. It’s not to impress or demonstrate power — but to communicate, to affirm, to guide.

I believe object movement represents one of the earliest physical indicators that light-based mediumship is taking root — where spirit, through resonance and coherence, can begin to interact with the physical world without distortion or depletion.

3. Throat Activation & the Emergence of a Spirit Portal

One of the most physically intense and defining phenomena in the development of this mediumship began with a powerful, unexpected sensation in my throat—not as discomfort, but as a concentrated surge of energetic pressure that felt like something was trying to emerge through me.

The first time it happened, I was meditating alone in my car during a family road trip. Without warning, a forceful vibration began rising through my system and gathered tightly in my throat. It wasn’t painful, but it was overwhelming—a dense, high-frequency presence that I could not release or express. It felt like my body was trying to transmit something beyond form—light itself.

Roughly a month later, the same phenomenon occurred again—this time in a completely darkened experimental séance circle. What I felt then was nothing short of terrifying. The intensity of the energy was likened to a labour contraction at the peak of birth. My body wanted to move, to release it, but I was frozen.

Why? Because I knew that if I moved, I could rupture ectoplasmic cords—a known danger in traditional physical mediumship. Breaking those cords mid-transmission can seriously injure the other mediums in the room. The threat was real, not imagined. And the force pressing up through my body offered no room for negotiation.

In the weeks that followed, the experience became more frequent. At first it only occurred in meditation. Then it began happening anywhere—while resting, working, even driving. I had no control over when it would happen. These were spirit-orchestrated events, not something I called in or consciously triggered. Each time, I was simply trying to stay present inside something I didn’t yet understand.

It felt as though my throat was becoming a portal—a point of emergence for something not yet visible, but very real.

Eventually, out of fear and under the guidance of two respected mentors, I was advised to ask spirit to stop working on me in this way. I followed their advice. And the experiences stopped.

But so did something else:
The momentum of my awakening. The build. The light.

It wasn’t until I fully reclaimed my path and chose to trust spirit over fear that the sensations began to return. This time, I didn’t resist. I welcomed it. And as I surrendered, I noticed something had changed.
The energy no longer felt chaotic. It had organised itself into light.

What had once been terrifying began to feel like an emergence. Not of energy—but of frequency structured into form.

This was no longer just sensation.
This was light rising through the body.
This was the activation of Photonic Mediumship.

💡 Scientific Insight

This experience suggests that the throat may serve as a photonic emergence point—a vibrational gateway through which structured light and coherent frequency begin to interface with the material world.

In traditional physical mediumship, phenomena often centre in the diaphragm or solar plexus and require ectoplasmic production. Here, the throat is being used not for voice alone, but for light transmission—potentially preparing the medium to carry tone, frequency, or resonance in ways that transcend language.

The overwhelming intensity may be the result of high-frequency light compressing through a biological system not yet conditioned to release it fully. As the body evolves in coherence, these pressures may lessen, making way for true photonic emission.

Rather than forcing energy outward, this modality appears to rely on harmonic release—where spirit, through trust and alignment, uses the human field as a portal of emergence.

4. Light Shifts & Atmospheric Response

As I’ve begun to harness the throat light activations and align more deeply with my own energetic frequency, I’ve started to witness visible shifts in light within my environment — moments where the field around me seems to respond in real time.

These shifts haven't been consistent throughout my journey — they began more recently, as the vibrational density of my field increased and the light rising through the body began to stabilise.

During meditation and periods of stillness, I’ve observed the light in the room visibly change — sometimes brightening, softening, or pulsing without any logical cause. These weren’t internal visions. They were physical events, sometimes captured on camera, and unmistakably tied to energetic presence.

Over time, I’ve come to understand what I was seeing:
These light shifts were not just atmosphere.
They were consciousness entering the field.

In this modality, spirit does not always arrive in form.
When a consciousness without a body enters the field, it may present first as a hue, a pulse, or a radiant shift in the light.
These shifts appear to be part of the way non-local consciousness interfaces with photonic structure — not by showing itself as a face, but by subtly altering the environment through resonance.

The Lightning Experience

One of the most striking validations came during a late-night lightning storm that was passing 20 to 30 kilometres away. I wasn’t in meditation — I was simply contemplating how atmospheric conditions might affect photonic mediumship, when something extraordinary occurred.

Around midnight, I walked into the bathroom. The blinds were fully closed. Suddenly, there was a blinding flash of light — so bright it illuminated the entire room, as if lightning had struck inside. And yet, no sound followed. The next round of thunder came almost two minutes later, confirming that the storm was still far off.

The intensity, the timing, and the impossibility of the moment pointed to something more than weather. It felt as though spirit had used the atmospheric charge — or perhaps the field had temporarily opened wide enough for something to break through.

I now believe this may represent an interaction between natural energetic phenomena (lightning) and the photonic field, creating a temporary amplification — or rupture — in the veil.

Captured Light Shift

In addition to spontaneous flashes, I’ve also captured moments during meditation where the light visibly shifts across frames — no filters, no edits. The only change was the frequency I was holding.

These shifts don’t occur at random.
They appear to coincide with moments of presence, alignment, or incoming consciousness.
They are non-verbal manifestations of spirit entering the field.

Scientific Insight

The body emits measurable biophotons — particles of light that rise in intensity during deep emotional states, healing, and focused meditation. As coherence builds in the human field, it appears that light becomes a carrier of spiritual intelligence.

Rather than appearing through form or sound, spirit may begin its interaction through light first — a precursor to more advanced photonic phenomena such as tone, movement, or mist.

In this model, light is not just illumination.
It is presence. It is language. It is a portal.

Light Shift Captured During Meditation (Video Still)

These two screenshots were taken from a video I recorded while filming my meditation. No filters. No edits. No lighting adjustments.

The only thing that changed between frames was my energetic state.

As I dropped deeper into resonance, the light in the room visibly shifted — becoming brighter and more expansive on its own. There was no movement, no external change, and yet the field responded.

I believe this captures one of the earliest visual signatures of Photonic Mediumship in action:
Spirit entering through light, or the body’s own photonic field interacting with the environment in real time.
